It seems there are many interesting people out at the break of dawn.
Public figures out with their happy families. People keeping fit.
One elderly woman said to me this morning:
> Good morning beautiful!
Huh? Oh, morning!
> What glory the day holds, so much beauty! (or something to that effect)
Yup.
I am sick of feeling less than okay just because I’m not sleeping right. Tonight I will sleep better.
Trouble sleeping. Messed up my morning’s plan… Tomorrow.
Wake & Bake tomorrow.
It’s been a while, and I feel like I’ve lost touch slightly. My anxiety is felt too frequently, and rhythm too infrequently.

Your Velcro Sandals.
dealbreaker:
Readers: you can play along at home! Visualize a red circle with a line through it, and an air raid siren. And a giant explosion. And the very fabric of time and space opening up and swallowing this foot whole. Get a pair of sneakers, pervert.
I’ve never understood the utter disgust people have towards sandals? You don’t have to worry about getting them wet, or full of dirt like sneakers. They breathe, but still protect the foot. You can’t get much closer to bare-foot. Your feet don’t freeze like people always think; it’s not “brave” to be wearing them. Very practical. Unlike jandals, which fall off and give you sore feet, yet they are still fashionable. I don’t think sandals look half-bad either.

Louis is great.
